Admission Procedure

• New admissions are made only in class-LKG-VII. Other admissions if any, will depend on availability of seats on competence of the student.
• After the submission of application to classes, a test will be conducted in due course of time to know the proficiency of the student in English, Hindi, S.St., Science and Mathematics. The result of the test will be published on the notice board.
• Admission are made only on receipt of the following documents-
  • Submission of application and admission form with details
  • Copy of the Birth certificate.
  • Transfer Certificate (Original)
  • Copy of the Final result of class he/she studied.
  • Submission of PCR book
  • Health certificate of the student.
• The application form for entrance test can be collected from the office.
• Books and stationary items will be issued only on allotted days during the time of admission.
• The school fees must be paid into 3 instilments, each installment consisting of 4 months.
• A pupil joining or leaving the school during any term will have to pay all the fees of the whole year, including the annual fees. Absence from an examination does not mean exemption from examination fees.
• Pupils whose dues are not cleared completely will be barred from sitting for the examinations.
• Transfer Certificate will be issued only when all dues are paid in full and on the receipt of the duly filled application form from the parents or guardians.
• A fees of Rs. 200/- will be charged for Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate or for a duplicate of same, or for any extract from the register.

  • Tuition Fee (1st quarterly) (January, February, March & April)
    Tuition Fee (2nd quarterly) (May, June, July & August)
    Tuition Fee (3rd quarterly) (Sept, Oct, Nov & December)
• Computer fee (Payment is made quarterly)
